Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer standard shipping across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Nouri is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
