At Nouri, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Unopened Products We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nouri.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Opened Products Due to the nature of health and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Allergic Reactions We recommend reviewing all ingredients before purchasing. If you experience an adverse reaction, please discontinue use and contact us. We will assess each case individually and may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Sale Items Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
